What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device and the options shown at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed when you place your order. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. YUKO Smart does not directly store your full credit or debit card details. Your bank or payment provider may also request additional verification to help protect your transaction.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. Select PayPal at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment securely. Once confirmed, you will return to YUKO Smart to complete your order.
Can I use Google Pay or Shop Pay?
Eligible customers may see Google Pay or Shop Pay as express checkout options. Availability can depend on your device, browser, location and account eligibility.
Why was my payment declined?
Please check that your card details and billing information are correct and that your card has sufficient available funds. You can also try another available payment method.
If the issue continues, please contact your bank or payment provider, as some transactions may be declined for security reasons.
Will I be charged currency conversion fees?
If your card is issued in a different currency from the currency used at checkout, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees.
Any such charges are determined by your payment provider and are not controlled by YUKO Smart.
